As a family business, values-driven entrepreneurship has been in our DNA for years. The first version of our values text dates back to the 1970s. It's something we were brought up with from our parents. Its core is the same today as it was then. Each generation also builds on it and adds something so that it always remains current and BOSS will always be BOSS.

Everyone at BOSS paints builds a beautiful world from their own passion. It is our common motivation and the essence of our company. And we achieve that beautiful world not only with colour, but also by doing business in a sustainable and future-oriented way. Something we have been doing for many years. For three generations, as a family, we have been investing all our positive energy in this fantastic business.

But we are a family business in more ways than one. BOSS paints has been so successful all these years thanks to the commitment of all our employees. Those who believe in our principles and help propagate what we want to stand for. A team that joins hands like a close-knit family.

We want to create a warm environment of trust for our customers, apply all our knowledge to produce a high-quality product, create a pleasant working environment for every employee, care for our planet and continue to do all this in a financially sound way.

And at BOSS paints, sustainability is not hype. Because respect is in our genes. My grandfather, Antoon Bossuyt, really cared for his employees. He took them out to sea or to football. And Jan Bossuyt had a very environmentally conscious vision very early on, in the early 1970s. BOSS paints has always been run with the genuine care of a good family man.
